The first appointment at our medical weight loss center is with a doctor and takes about 45-60 minutes. The same doctor will see you every other week to provide you with the ultimate follow-up care. Our medical weight loss center teaches you how to eat, not how to diet. Our goal for you is long-term. We teach you how to be healthy, eat well and keep the momentum going.
The program works and is suitable for everyone: young and old, families, people who suffer from ailments like diabetes, hypertension and more. Yes, we do see children.
Health & Wellness: We recognize the need in our community for everyone to be able to obtain healthcare. Because of this, Affinity is committed to provide care to people who need it the most. We also see clients for general medical problems, minor injuries and medication refills. Our office visits are only $45.00 with any testing extra. We have in house urine testing as well as Rapid Strep Tests. Bio-identical hormone testing and replacement is available for both females and males. DOT (Department Of Transportation) physicals are also performed at our clinic for $80.00. Affinity does not accept insurances except for Health Savings and Medical Savings Accounts.
Medical Weight Loss/Management: Our medical weight loss has helped past patients lose 32 pounds in 12 weeks and 92 pounds in 7 months. Tampa Bay’s Country Station WQYK, on air personalities participated in the Affinity program and lost 35 pounds each. Our weight loss center programs begins with a 45-60 minute private consultation with a doctor. Our goal is to teach you healthy eating, not dieting. Aesthetics/Medical Spa: Affinity also focuses on taking your transformation to another level. Unlike many spas, we are a medical spa. We have our own on-staff physician to handle your needs in a safe and effective way. We offer medical spa procedures such as waxing, facials, peels, permanent cosmetics, spray tanning, teeth whitening, microdermabrasion, tatoo removal and areola repigmentation. We also offer the Apeele, Latisse, Restylane, Radiesse and Botox.
